KEMP Technologies headquartered in Manhattan, New York. Engaged 18 months ago prior to VC investment. Designing and facilitating strategic thinking, planning and leadership development, with 1:1 work with newly appointed CEO, leadership team workshops and 2 day off sites with large groups from around the world.  Since then the company has grown from 35 people to 100+ and as they expand into the Middle East, Far East, Australia and South America. .

XPrize Foundation is the global leader in creating major innovation competitions with partners such as NASA and Google. Retained to work with the newly appointed COO for 12 months, as an executive coach and to support the design and implementation of strategic thinking, planning and culture development .

Initially worked with Cervélo out of Canada  as they expanded in Europe and set up a professional cycling team which competed in Tour de France and World Championships.  Currently working with Gerard Vroomen, co-founder of Cervélo on a number of projects including  Open Cycle (Switzerland) a mountain bike company and 2R (Netherlands) is “much more than a magazine” is published online and is focused on the hidden side of pro cycling . This work involved off sites in Ireland, The Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy.

Guidion (Netherlands) is a very fast growth technology services company recently facilitated a 2 day off site  on the island of Texel as the leadership team expands, to build a high performance team and develop a strategy for the next phase of growth.


Based in the Ukraine Axor Industry is a hightech international supplier to the window and door industry in October this will facilitate a 2 day workshop with 80+ people (leadership teams from Axor’s key customers) focused on strategy, people, execution and cash.
